FAQs
Is it possible to buy the Snow Card Tirol online?
No. Due to new regulations, it is only possible to purchase them at the ticket offices until further notice.
Can someone else buy the Snow Card Tirol for me? Does this also apply during the pre-sale?
Yes! Someone else can purchase the Snow Card Tirol for you at SkiWelt, also during the pre-sale. The buyer will need your personal details (first name, surname, date of birth and address). However, you will still need to have your photo taken at a SkiWelt ticket office on your first day of skiing (this is only possible at SkiWelt!). Please note that your Snow Card Tirol will not work without a photo on it. If you have purchased a Snow Card Tirol in previous years, you can simply have it reloaded.
Can I buy a voucher during the pre-sale period and redeem it for a Snow Card Tirol at the pre-sale price after the pre-sale period has ended?
No, the pre-sale price is only valid for collection during the pre-sale period, which runs from 26 September to 31 October 2026. If a voucher is purchased during the pre-sale period but redeemed after 31 October 2026, the standard rate applies.
